Here are your workouts for the week! Each HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout can be modified to meet your specific needs. Remember, if you need to, take a round off or do the modifications… you are only in competition with yourself! Any questions, just ask! Need a modification we don’t show in the workout, just ask!
