Welcome and congratulations on joining the Total Wellness for You – Semi-Private Virtual Coaching. Here is your Getting Started Video! Take a moment to watch and re-watch as needed! So excited to get started with you!

Here are your important first steps:

  1. Download LoseIt and set up your account:

  3. Download your meal plan:
    1. If you weigh 150 lbs or less (download)
    2. If you weigh between 151 and 250 lbs (download)
    3. If you weigh over 250 lbs (download)
  4. Download your shopping list (download)
  5. Download your point tracker (download)
  6. Download your measurement tracker (download)
  7. Access your workouts: will be active on the first day of your program

Weekly Coaching Calls

Please choose a call each week, or participate in both! It is up to you. But it is important that you make one call each week to get the most out of your program. We will meet on Zoom for these sessions and they WILL NOT be recorded. Please take a moment to download and set up Zoom (click to connect) if you have never used the app before.

Optional Add-Ons

As a part of the program, you have the option to add on products that will make this journey easier and less time consuming for your busy schedule. Please note, it is not required to add on these products, just highly recommended. You also do not need to add on these products at the start. If you decide these products would be helpful for you after we begin, you can add them on at anytime.

Your options are to replace 1 meal a day with a superfood smoothie, replace 2 meals a day with a superfood smoothie, or add on workout supplements to help you build muscle, boost your metabolism, and lean out.
