Getting in a workout doesn’t have to be boring, time consuming, or expensive! It can be fun, fast, and FREE!!
- When: Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm (please log in no later than 6:25 pm)
- Online Meeting: Zoom App (RSVP here to get the meeting details)
- Location: Your living room, basement, garage, bedroom… wherever you are most comfortable
- Equipment: NONE! You just need yourself… it is all bodyweight

The workout is modified for ALL fitness levels.
So if you haven’t joined us yet and are wondering if this is for you… the answer is YES!!!
What to bring:
- Water bottle or shaker cup
- Towel to wipe your brow from time to time
- An “I can and will do this” attitude!
- A FRIEND! This is for everyone. So if you know someone who is ready to make a change, bring them with you!
How to setup the Zoom App:
- Go to https://zoom.us/signup and set up your FREE account (if you don’t already use Zoom)
- Install the Zoom app on your computer, tablet or phone – the device you’d like to use during the workout (if you don’t already have it)

NOTE: we would like everyone to get connected a few minutes early so we can work out any technical issues and make sure everyone is ready to go when we start the workout at 6:30pm.
All ages are welcome. Your children are welcome to join you if you feel they would like to participate and have some fun.
